The 15-day literary session “Naatiya Mushaira” (a poetic tribute to the late naat poet Suhaib Saqib for his salvation) organized by Ghazanfar Academy of Literature in Khanewal, Pakistan, commenced on May 12, 2023, Friday at 6 PM at the Aspire College in Khanewal. The session began with the recitation of Kalam-e-Majeed, which was recited by Professor Shahid Iqbal. Following that, Saleem Raza Samra presented a tribute in the form of a naat to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the session. Later on, the participating poets recited their poems and paid tribute to the beliefs and values of the Prophet (PBUH).
The session ended with the recitation of Fateha and a prayer for the forgiveness of the deceased Suhaib Saqib. The session was presided over by Professor of Poets Qibla Abbas Adeem Qureshi, while special guests included Muhammad Ali Iyaz Kabirwala and Syed Farooq Raza Termezi Kabirwala. The esteemed guests also included Hasan Shah Saeedi Khanewal and Imran Razmi Kabirwala.
The order of the participating poets was as follows: Mohsin Raza Shafi, Rizwan Hussain, Professor Shahid Iqbal, Professor Shahid Raye, Farhad Hussain Rumi, Naat Khawan Hasan Shah Saeedi, Professor Arsh Khan, Nadim Raza Faraq (President of Ghazanfar Academy), Syed Farooq Raza Termezi, and Muhammad Ali Iyaz Qibla Abbas Adeem Qureshi.

غضنفر ادب اکیڈمی خانیوال پاکستان کی پندرہ روزہ ادبی نشست ” نعتیہ نشست” (نعت گو شاعر صہیب ثاقب مرحوم کے ایصال ثواب کےلیے) آج 12 مئی 2023 جمعہ شام 6 بجے اسپائر کالج خانیوال میں منعقد ہوئی ـ نشست کا آغاز تلاوت کلام مجید سے ہوا جس کی سعادت جناب پروفیسر شاہد اقبال نے حاصل کی ـ اس کے بعد جناب سلیم رضا سمرا نے ترنم میں بارگاہِ اقدس میں نذرانہ عقیدت پیش کیا ـ بعد ازاں نشست میں شامل شعراء کرام نے بارگاہِ رسالت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میں گلہائے عقیدت پیش کیے ـ نشست کے آخر میں مرحوم صہیب ثاقب کےلیے فاتحہ خوانی و دعائے مغفرت کی گئی ـ
