On October 7, 2023, a literary event took place in Sahiwal, Pakistan, organized under the banner of “Rabi-ul-Awwal Naatia Nashist” at 5 PM. This program was a collaborative effort between Adab Saraye and Saiban. The event consisted of two parts:
In the first segment of Rabi-ul-Awwal Naatia Nashist, renowned literary and social figures, Mr. Akhtar Khan and Professor Naseer Bashir, from Sahiban, a prominent academic and literary organization, discussed the goals and objectives of Sahiban, led by Mr. Hussain Majrooh.
The second part of the program celebrated the tradition of Adab Saraye by organizing a poetic gathering in honor of the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.
The Rabi-ul-Awwal Naatia Nashist commenced with the recitation of Quranic verses by Mr. Farooq Azhar, adding a sacred touch to the event. Following this, the distinguished poet and recipient of the Presidential Award, Mr. Ali Raza, mesmerized the audience with his enchanting verses and devotional recitations.
The event was skillfully managed by Ms. Saeeda Amina. Professor Akram Naseer, a renowned poet, researcher, and scholar, presided over the poetic gathering. Special guests from Lahore, including the celebrated scholar, journalist, poets, and writer, Professor Naseer Bashir, graced the occasion with their presence.

Notable individuals who contributed to the program included Ms. Saadat Munir (Former Principal, Government Girls College, Sahiwal), the famous calligrapher Mr. Abdul Mateen, and social figure Mr. Malik Iqbal Haider.
At the program’s conclusion, the President of the poetic gathering, Professor Akram Naseer, offered prayers for the nation’s well-being, the continued prosperity of literary activities, the advancement of the Sahiban movement, and the safety of all attendees. The event was a beautiful blend of literature, culture, and spirituality.

مورخہ 7اکتوبر 2023 بروز ہفتہ شام۔پانچ بجے ادب سرائے ساہیوال کے زیر اہتمام بسلسلہ ربیع الاول نعتیہ نشست کا اہتمام کیا گیا۔یہ پروگرام ادب سرائے اور سائبان کے اشتراک سے پیش کیا گیا۔ اس اجلاس کے دو حصے تھے۔پہلے حصے میں مشہورومعروف علمی ادبی تنظیم سائبان کے اغراض و مقاصد(جس کے سرپرست حسین مجروح صاحب ہیں )پر مشہور علمی و سماجی شخصیت جناب اختر خان اور لاہور سے تشریف لائے علمی و ادبی دانشور،شاعر اور ادیب جناب پروفیسر ناصر بشیر نے سیر حاصل گفتگو کی۔ پروگرام کے دوسرے مرحلے میں ادب سرائے کی دیرینہ روایت کی پاسداری کرتے ہوئے ربیع الاول کے مبارک مہینے کی مناسبت سے محفل مشاعرہ کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
پروگرام کی شروعات اللہ پاک کے بابرکت نام سے کی گئی۔اس سلسلے میں تلاوت کی سعادت جناب فاروق اظہر نے حاصل کی۔جبکہ گلہائے عقیدت کے پھول مشہورو معروف صدارتی ایوارڈ یافتہ شاعر و نعت خوان جناب علی رضا نے نہایت خوش الحانی سے نچھاور کیے۔پروگرام کی نظامت کے فرائض سیدہ آمنہ ریاض نے ادا کیے۔
محفل مشاعرہ کے صدر نامور شاعر،محقق اور داشور جناب پروفیسر اکرم ناصر تھے۔مہمان خصوصی کے فرائض لاہور سے تشریف لائے مشہور دانشور،صحافی،شاعر اور ادیب پروفیسر ناصر بشیر نے بخیروخوبی ادا کیے۔جبکہ مہمان اعزاز عالمی شہرت یافتہ نعت خوان و نعت گو شاعر جناب علی رضا تھے۔
جن شعرا کرام نے مشاعرے میں اپنا کلام سنایا۔ان کے نام کچھ یوں تھے۔

پروگرام کے اختتام پر صدر مشاعرہ جناب پروفیسر اکرم ناصر نے ملکی سالمیت،ادب سرائے کی دن دگنی رات چگنی ترقی ،سائبان تحریک کے فروغ اور حاضرین محفل کی سلامتی کے لیے دعا کروائی۔
