God and Love is a romantic and religious novel in which an attempt has been made to reach the original source through love. Hashim Nadeem has given a very beautiful expression to the passion of love which revolves around religion. My advice to anyone who needs to know about love is to read this novel. The main character of this story is a man named “Hamad Amjad” who belongs to a very wealthy family. He falls in love with Maulvi Aleem’s daughter “Iman” and it is a love that transcends all boundaries and limitations. Then love begins to take its tribute from Hamad, the inevitable result of which is that all his comforts, peace and contentment, carelessness, and abundance of wealth are of no use to him, he madly pursues his love. goes wrong for him until everything falls apart and he has to work to the hilt.
In this story, Hashim Nadeem takes the vicissitudes of Hamad’s life with great skill. ہاشم ندیم کا ناول “خدا اور محبت” اس وقت زیادہ معروف ہوا جب جیو انٹرٹینمنٹ نے “خدا اور محبت” ہی کے نام سے ایک ڈرامہ سیریل بنایا جو 2011ء میں نشر ہوتے ہی مقبول ہو گیا اور روز بروز اس کی مقبولیت میں اضافہ ہوتا گیا. یہ ڈرامہ ہاشم ندیم کے ناول پر مبنی ہے. ڈرامہ سیریل میں اداکاروں نے ہر ہر کردار کو خوب نبھایا اور اسے امر کر دیا. خیر ہمارا موضوع یہاں خدا اور محبت پر بننے والے ڈرامے پر تبصرہ کرنا نہیں بلکہ ہاشم ندیم کے اصل ناول کا جائزہ پیش کرنا ہے۔
خدا اور محبت ایک رومانوی ومذہبی ناول ہے جس میں محبت کے ذریعے اصل مبدا تک رسا ہونے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے. اور جذبہء محبت کو ہاشم ندیم نے نہایت خوبصورت پیرایہء اظہار بخشا ہے جو مذہب کے اردگرد گھومتا ہے. جسے محبت کے بارے میں آگاہی درکار ہو اسے میرا مشورہ ہے کہ وہ یہ ناول ضرور پڑھے. اس کہانی کا مرکزی کردار “حماد امجد” نامی شخص ہے جو نہایت مالدار گھرانے سے تعلق رکھتا ہے. اسے مولوی علیم کی بیٹی “ایمان” سے محبت ہو جاتی ہے اور وہ ایسی محبت ہے جو تمام حدود و قیود سے ماورا ہے. پھر محبت اپنا خراج حماد سے وصول کرنا شروع کرتی ہے جس کا لازمی نتیجہ یہ نکلتا ہے کہ اس کی تمام تر آسائشیں، سکون و اطمینان، بے فکریاں، مال و دولت کی فراوانی اس کے کچھ کام نہیں آتی وہ دیوانہ وار اپنی محبت کے حصول کے لئے غلطاں پھرتا ہے یہاں تک کہ اس کا سب کچھ لٹ جاتا ہے اور اسے قلی تک کا کام کرنا پڑتا ہے۔
اس کہانی میں حماد کی زندگی کے نشیب و فراز کو ہاشم ندیم نے کمال ہنر مندی سے برتا ہے. یہ ناول قاری کو ایک ہی نشست میں مسرت کے احساسات سے روشناس بھی کرواتا ہے اور تنہائی کے بنجر میدان میں آبلہ پائی بھی دیکھاتا ہے. اس ناول کی کہانی زندگی کے کئی موڑ دیکھاتی ہے. اب کیا حماد اپنی محبت کو کامیابی سے حاصل کر سکا؟ اور اس کہانی کا اختتام کیا ہوا؟ ان سوالات کے جواب تلاش کرنے کے لیے آپ کو “خدا اور محبت” کا مطالعہ کرنا پڑے گا۔
